Welding Pro is designed to provide welders and welding technicians with rapid access to essential daily information through six specialized applications:

• Welding Cost Calculator: This tool estimates the total welding cost with just a few inputs, including labor, filler metal, and gas consumption. It features adjustable sliders to identify the most cost-effective parameters by altering joint angles or adjusting the current settings.
• Welding Parameters: By entering the height of the weld fill, users receive optimal settings for wire speed, voltage, and travel speed. The app supports steel, aluminum, and stainless steel for both solid and flux-cored wires. Users can fine-tune parameters with sliders until the indicators turn green, signifying optimal conditions.
• Product Search: Guided by AWS and EN ISO standards, this function assists users in finding appropriate filler metals. Selecting a standard grants access to an extensive database of materials globally.
• Material to be Welded: This database simplifies the selection of suitable filler metals for various base materials, listing over 50,000 materials. It accommodates searches using material names, DIN numbers, AWS standards, EN ISO standards, and more.
• Equivalent Search: Recognizing the variety of brands offering welding consumables worldwide, this feature provides over 2,000 equivalents for nearly any brand. Users can select their current brand and filler metal to find suitable alternatives.
• Certificate Finder: Building on Certilas’s pioneering online EN 10204 certificate service, this integrated module allows users quick and easy access to relevant quality certificates.
